Charles A. Aziegbemhin is an engineer, real estate and mortgage broker, investor and writer of business strategy. In recent years Charles has been assisting individuals and corporation in securing mortgages to fund real estate transactions. Charles shares his experience and business knowledge of Private Mortgage investment in his latest book Private Mortgage Wealth. The book, published by RIMI Publishers is written in typical Charles A. Aziegbemhin style – informative, relaxed and easy to understand.

He began his career in engineering working in energy management in Ontario, Canada. He then made a shift to the real estate industry. His creative thought process led to his then employer, Coldwell Banker Terrequity presenting him with awards for sale excellence. In 2006, Charles founded LEPTON Financial Corp and RECCMOX Realty Inc. While RECCMOX is a real estate company providing real estate services to a range of clients including individual, families, private investors, institutions, trusts and foundations, LEPTON is dedicated to funding mortgages and providing investment services to individual and companies.

Upon noticing a high demand for secondary mortgage funds in his company, LEPTON Financial Corp., Charles decided to research into private mortgage investment. It was in the process he found the few private mortgage investment books available in bookstores provided very little help to would-be mortgage investors and mortgage professionals. He felt compelled to publish Private mortgage Wealth after talking with some private mortgage investors and mortgage professionals. Private Mortgage Wealth attempts to remove the disconnect between successful investing in other assets and the failure to achieve the same fit in private mortgage investment.

Charles A. Aziegbemhin studied electrical engineering at the University of Benin, Nigeria and Ryerson University in Toronto. He also completed the real estate, mortgage brokerage, Canadian Investment Funds’ and Branch Manager’s Courses.
Charles lives in Ajax, Ontario with his wife, twin sons and a daughter.
